It gives us a single set of expectations across our lines, geographies and career paths, and provides transparency on the skills we need as individuals to be successful and progress in our careers, now and in the future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Human Resources Consultant\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Manager, you\u2019ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain strategic client relationships across markets and PwC network .<\/li>\n<li>Undertake business development activities in accordance with business unit strategy in order to achieve strategic goals \u2013 revenue growth, excellent client and staff experience.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake relevant research to support business development and client service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Manage client portfolio in accordance with agreed service levels (e.g. Salesforce, reporting deadlines, biling, collections, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Lead the delivery of client services\/projects \u2013 this will include contracting, project, planning, resourcing, client engagement, monitoring, reporting and project evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Drive end to end risk management for the business unit.<\/li>\n<li>Coach junior team members to achieve the best possible potentials.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in firm-wide activities.<\/li>\n<li>Represent PwC at meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/p>\n<p><b>Minimum requirement<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Social Science or Business Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Master\u2019s degree will be a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Full membership of a relevant professional association is required (e.g. Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience required<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u200b1<b>.\u00a0<\/b>Minimum of 10 years\u2019 relevant consulting or mixed industry\/consulting experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role or managing teams.<\/p>\n<p>2. Knowledge of Human Resource Consulting cutting across the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HR Strategy Development<\/li>\n<li>Organisation Development<\/li>\n<li>Talent Management<\/li>\n<li>Compensation Design\/Management<\/li>\n<li>Workforce Planning<\/li>\n<li>Change Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Experience in assisting organisations to improve performance across business functions<\/p>\n<p>4. Stakeholder engagement<\/p>\n<p>5. Project management<\/p>\n<p>6.
