ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment, and in collaborating\/influencing across teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Media Manager \u2013 Integrated Planner and Buying Lead<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibility<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure we have an aligned brand and performance media strategy and makes sure our biddable and non-biddable media planning is integrated with the media agency or vendor<\/li>\n<li>Lead and implement the overall strategic planning process<\/li>\n<li>Drive integrated briefings and responses, servicing different internal \u201ccustomers\u201d, e.g. Digital Squads, Segment teams etc.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership across Brand and Performance planning to optimise\/eradicate duplication in the insourcing team<\/li>\n<li>Provide budget allocation guidance<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for delivering effective biddable and non-biddable media planning and campaign operations.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute biddable media campaign<\/li>\n<li>Drive audience strategy across all biddable and non-biddable channels for execution<\/li>\n<li>Manage internal (other teams) and external (agency and providers) stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Technology, vendor, partner leadership (e.g. Google, Facebook, etc.), innovation, training and best practice<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for running all social, Search and programmatic campaigns and operations<\/li>\n<li>Execute strategy and manage accounts in line with best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Closely works with Media Managers and Analyst within the team<\/li>\n<li>Lead on vendor\/technology relationships to deliver maximum utility and benefit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PR Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or Certificate in digital marketing<\/li>\n<li>Platform certifications<\/li>\n<li>Masters in Marketing comms, advertising or related field is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Relevant management experience in media industry \u2013 client, agency or consultancy side.<\/li>\n<li>Good data management and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent numeracy, data handling, time management, prioritisation, and delegation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Programmatic advertising based on hands on experience of managing display and video campaigns, across multiple channels and devices.<\/li>\n<li>Trading experience across open exchange, PMP and buying across all media types (Audio, Video, Display, Native
