PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain positive energy in the face of obstacles or when dealing with complexity<\/li>\n<li>Coach others, recognise their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development<\/li>\n<li>Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail<\/li>\n<li>Proactively create opportunities, where regulation permits, to introduce other competencies or Lines of Service to clients<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate the client\u2019s needs and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the client realises, they are required<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart<\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on relevant technical issues for their business, including regulatory and compliance issues<\/li>\n<li>Consider local, global and cross-cultural perspectives when making recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Navigate the complexities of cross-border and\/or diverse teams and engagements<\/li>\n<li>I initiate and lead open conversations with engagement teams, clients and other stakeholders to build trust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least five years\u2019 hands-on experience in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services function with in-depth understanding of the processes involved in transactions for client businesses<\/li>\n<li>Capable of identifying the value drivers in business transactions<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working with Transaction Services team to identify and pursue business development opportunities through industry and network relationships<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and report writing skills to compose and review due diligence and other reports for presentations to clients<\/li>\n<li>Able to schedule and supervise the tasks and project assignments of the junior staff<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, adaptable and ready to deliver on tight reporting timeline<\/li>\n<li>ACCA, CA, CFA qualifications preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A career within Deals Advisory, will provide you the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets.
