\n\u2022 To lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
\n\u2022 To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
\n\u2022 To identify and harness new client opportunities, while retaining and upgrading existing customer base
\n\u2022 To communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
\n\u2022 To review periodic reports on the performance of the major distribution channels
\n\u2022 To liaise with the HR and Training departments to implement capacity development and performance management initiatives
\n\u2022 To lead in the preparation of the distribution budget
\n\u2022 To lead the growth strategic pillar of the business
\n\u2022 To provide any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 ACII
\n\u2022 Masters Degree will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Minimum of 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in managerial level in a similar role
\n\u2022 Competence in closing high earned sales
\n\u2022 Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to organise and plan and take strategic decisions
\n\u2022 Must have strong desire to coach and develop others by sharing skills and knowledge
\n\u2022 Demonstrated capability in organizing teams, setting targets and holding team to deliver on goals<\/p>\n
