\n\u2022 Establish pay points for sales activities
\n\u2022 Liaise with Training Department to conduct product training for sales managers, Team Leaders and Sales Executives
\n\u2022 Conduct performance review for Sales Managers and Team Leaders
\n\u2022 Plan and execute weekly, monthly and yearly sales budget
\n\u2022 Report on daily, weekly and monthly key result areas for the branch
\n\u2022 Serve as first reporting line for all members in the branch including customer service executives
\n\u2022 Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
\n\u2022 Minimum of Diploma in Insurance
\n\u2022 Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to organize and plan sales activities with team
\n\u2022 Must have strong desire to coach and develop others by sharing skills and knowledge
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office suite
\n\u2022 Must possess good report writing skills<\/p>\n
