Raincard Solutions recruits: <strong>Accounts Analyst <\/strong>to be based in Assylum down, Accra Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities Include<\/strong><br \/>\nPayment vouchers processing, reconciliation and analysis,<br \/>\nCheck writing<br \/>\nInvoice review and VAT invoice writing<br \/>\nPetty cash accounting review and tracking, etc<br \/>\nAnalyzing overall financial matters;<br \/>\nResponding to requests for used and unused balances for official expenses; and Pulling data from more than one financial program to prepare and complete reports and analyses and  statistical studies<br \/>\nPayroll deduction, vacation accrued\/left over analyses, etc.<br \/>\nEstablishing the priority of each payment submitted, and<br \/>\nCounseling offices on regulations, procedures and budgetary matters.<br \/>\nOther related tasks as assigned<br \/>\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n<p>Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Government and\/or private sector financial and accounting operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or other positions that include application of financial rules and regulations, typing and telephone skills as a significant part of the work.<br \/>\nWorking knowledge of basic accounting principles, automated financial accounting systems and spreadsheet software. Experience working with Pastel preferred.<br \/>\nCandidate should possess a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (preferred)Must be flexible, detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven team player.<br \/>\nAbility to interpret laws and regulations governing Federal financial accounting standards, principles and concepts.<br \/>\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form.
