Deals with clients via telephone in adherence to procedural, productivity and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Strong support role involving sharing information and convincing client of appropriate course of action for resolution of queries.<\/li>\n<li>Exercises persuasive skills in guiding clients towards a solution.<\/li>\n<li>Takes inbound or makes outbound calls, effecting outbound calls in accordance with predetermined schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Finalises calls at point of contact where possible.<\/li>\n<li>May escalate more complex queries appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>May act as mentor to less experienced Agents.<\/li>\n<li>Fully multi-skilled across products and processes.<\/li>\n<li>May be required to stand in in support role (i.e Skills Coach) in absence of support staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coaching:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>May act as mentor to less experienced agents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Client Service Delivery:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deals with clients queries via telephone in adherence with productivity standards.<\/li>\n<li>Takes inbound calls and shares relevant information.<\/li>\n<li>Guides client and convinces client of appropriate course of action if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Finalises call at point of contact where possible.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that more complex queries are escalated appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Makes outbound calls in accordance with predetermined schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal Effectiveness:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.<\/li>\n<li>Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.<\/li>\n<li>Accepts and lives the company values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quality Assurance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handles all queries in adherence with procedural and quality standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree from an accredited University<\/p>\n<p>Experience in a similar role would be an added advantage<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your interest in working with Old Mutual.
