Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Services &amp; Offshore Project Manager \u2013 Oilfield Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partner with the best<\/p>\n<p>The Services &amp; Offshore Project Manager \u2013 OFE will provide leadership for project fulfilment and be accountable for schedule, financials, risk, and contract management while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will be accountable for interfacing with the customer, internal teams, regions, and functions to integrate, develop and execute from handover to installation and services including proactive management through life of field.<\/p>\n<p>As the Services &amp; Offshore Project Manager \u2013 OFE, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrating with the customer and Baker Hughes matrix organization (product lines, functions, regions, commercial) in order to successfully execute customer commitments on time and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Building dynamic long-term relationships with customer<\/li>\n<li>Leading the project teams to effectively execute with project routines including integrated planning.<\/li>\n<li>Owning of monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets including Revenue, Contribution Margin (CM), Cash, Past Dues and Op Margin (OM) while supporting Sales.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the operating rhythms (e.g. Project Margin Reviews (PMRs)) in order to review the financial performance of the contract(s) including cost review, invoicing, cash collection, claims, contract changes, and margin enhancement with matrix execution teams<\/li>\n<li>Being accountable for technical scope of Alternate business model start-ups<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring policies and procedures, identifying short falls and process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Being responsible for ensuring that laws and regulations are understood and complied with.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with immigrations and service departments to ensure that all required work permits are obtained in a timely manner ensuring business continuity.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating of permit renewals and any business arising with Government agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fuel your passion<\/p>\n<p>To be successful in this role you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited university or college (preference of Engineering)<\/li>\n<li>Have Experience with Six Sigma and Leading Process Improvement Initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Have 7+ years of Oil &amp; Gas or relevant industry experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Have 5+ years of experience in project\/contract management or operations role with 3+ years in a management role<\/li>\n<li>Show In-depth knowledge of Project Management techniques (PMP certification) as applicable to equipment manufacture, field services and service equipment (e.g. tools) management.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate willingness to learn technical knowledge of Subsea production equipment and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work in a way that works for you<\/p>\n<p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
