{"id":68872,"date":"2022-06-23T12:13:16","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T12:13:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=68872"},"modified":"2022-06-23T12:13:16","modified_gmt":"2022-06-23T12:13:16","slug":"sos-childrens-villages-recruitment-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/sos-childrens-villages-recruitment-2022.html","title":{"rendered":"SOS Children\u2019s Villages Recruitment 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Officer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate should<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Hold a first degree in Statistics, Development Planning, Project Management, Sociology, Economics or Community Development<br \/>\n\u2022 Have a minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in executing Monitoring and Evaluation activities for donor-funded programmes.<br \/>\nExperience should include ability in conducting assessments and sur veys, proposal development, programme design, developing key performance indicators, logical frame work, data analysis using industry standard analytical tools, monitoring and evaluation plans.<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrate familiarity with and understanding of qualitative and quantitative methodologies that incorporate rigorous statistical methods.<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated skill in statistical analysis and Management Information Systems<br \/>\n\u2022 Have Proficiency in using\u00a0<span class=\"google-material-icons\">shoppingmode<\/span>\u00a0Microsoft\u00a0Office suite, SPSS, XLSTAT, STATA, NVIVO or other industry recognised statistical and analytical software.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills Possess an understanding of Results-based Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrate ability to write results-based progress reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Possess positive and professional approach.
