{"id":68878,"date":"2022-06-23T12:08:42","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T12:08:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=68878"},"modified":"2022-06-23T12:08:42","modified_gmt":"2022-06-23T12:08:42","slug":"sos-childrens-villages-new-recruitment-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/sos-childrens-villages-new-recruitment-2022.html","title":{"rendered":"SOS Children\u2019s Villages New Recruitment 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Corporate &amp; Individual Giving Fundraisers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Responsible for supporting the implementation of the organiastion\u2019s corporate fundraising strategy and plan<br \/>\n\u2022 Support the organisation in driving the development of sustainable corporate fundraising partnerships and building win-win relationships<br \/>\n\u2022 Create a suite of attractive fundraising products and developing bespoke funding proposals to meet the corporate needs and interest of the organisation<br \/>\n\u2022 Support in generating corporate fundraising activities and securing income in alignment with the organisations strategic goals<br \/>\n\u2022 Build, promote and support long term partnerships with local donors<br \/>\n\u2022 Research and analyse trends in the corporate fundraising world to inform management decision making<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure the availability of quality communication materials tailored for corporate fundraising through impact reporting and specific marketing channels focused on the business community<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop positive working relations and build effective networks to identify potential partner\u2019s support in the area of fundraising<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for supporting the implementation of the organisation\u2019s fundraising strategy<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify local funding opportunities and applications or other forms of local income (such as donations in kind and government subsides)<br \/>\n\u2022 Act as role model and promote the organisation\u2019s child rights safeguarding policies<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A minimum qualification of first degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Business Development, Marketing, Sales \/ Public relations or communications. 2nd Degree will be an added advantage<br \/>\n\u2022 5 years minimum relevant experience with at least 3 years experience in fundraising or Marketing\/sale<br \/>\n\u2022 Versatile communication skills that can be effective at all levels.
