We operate in the business divisions of\u00a0 Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Security Systems, Thermo Technology, Drive and Control.<\/p>\n<p class=\"title\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Graduate Specialist Program \u2013 Sales (Automotive Aftermarket)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) \u2013 2 years Fixed-Term contract<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent Bosch Automotive Aftermarket in defined countries\/ markets and assigned customer portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Automotive Aftermarket customers\u2019 receivables<\/li>\n<li>Research for market information<\/li>\n<li>Research for potential new customers<\/li>\n<li>Identify Trade Level customers and help register them<\/li>\n<li>Support in event organization and promotion<\/li>\n<li>Management of customer warranty claims<\/li>\n<li>Management of customer marketing needs with the support of the marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for new customer account creation<\/li>\n<li>Reporting directly to Country Sales Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"title\">Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Have completed National Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"title\">Additional Information<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Communication and Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy in MS Office packages<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multi-cultural work force<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast changing environments<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Characteristics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eager to learn<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and self-disciplined<\/li>\n<li>Solution oriented- willing to find best solutions to chanllenges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Robert Bosch Ghana Limited is a growing company of the Bosch group located in Accra, Ghana.
