Because we&#8217;re a people ready enabler, your work will have a real impact on people, processes and businesses across Africa.<\/p>\n<p>So if you are talented, you can think out of the box and very passionate for Microsoft Technologies, your mission is to beat Axxend\u2019s recruiting and screening black box and help set a new standard for IT consulting in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>The Corporate Account Manager (AM) role adds value to Microsoft by delivering a well-managed, profitable and growing business produced through relationship excellence and sales excellence practices where the customer views the AM as trusted advisor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for selling SAP and Microsoft Services and licences<\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact with clients on a day to day basis<\/li>\n<li>Introduce our firm and our services to new prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Establish solid business relationships with key decision makers<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts &amp; supply arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Understand and qualify clients&#8217; consulting &amp; staffing requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Several years of sales &amp; account management experience within an IT consulting company<\/li>\n<li>A solid track record of achievement<\/li>\n<li>Experience selling ERP consulting services such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or other ERP technologies would be highly beneficial<\/li>\n<li>An existing network of IT consulting decision makers<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales and account management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong prospecting skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic<\/li>\n<li>Strong team skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Has the \u201cdiscipline\u201d of working with people; is structured in his\/her approach to leading teams through complex technology solution sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer above average earning potential consisting of a base salary, commission and benefits package<\/p>\n<p>Qualified candidates should\u00a0send their resumes to:<\/p>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@axxend.com\"><strong>hr@axxend.com<\/strong><\/a>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nApplication Deadline: February 15th, 2012<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Axxend is a fast growing American IT company with operations in Africa.
