Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The\u00a0customer\u00a0service\u00a0analyst\u00a0position is a key front-line position at Rancard that requires the\u00a0personnel to perform multiple functions including\u00a0customer\u00a0support and\u00a0service\u00a0delivery management.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0customer\u00a0service\u00a0analyst\u00a0will handle\u00a0service-related communication between Rancard and its clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, aiming to achieve resolution with one call and\/or email.<\/p>\n

He\/she will also be responsible for ensuring that the company meets its quality of\u00a0service\u00a0targets and Service Level Agreements.\u00a0 The\u00a0analyst\u00a0will also work closely with other functional groups within the organization:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. to ensure that\u00a0customer\u00a0needs are met in a timely manner,<\/li>\n
  2. to develop effective tools for optimal\u00a0service\u00a0delivery and<\/li>\n
  3. to enhance end user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
