You will require the following competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Hands on experience on transmission network(Minimum 8 yrs).<br \/>\nMust have been on a senior transmission design role before.<br \/>\nEnd to end network Design<br \/>\nExposure to 3G network design\/performance will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nExposure to Ericsson transmission and broadband portfolio is a must.<br \/>\nStrong initiative and drive towards network improvement<br \/>\nTransmission product portfolio.<br \/>\nExperience in understanding of Transport network design concepts.<br \/>\nExperience on other interface relation for transmission e.g. core, RF etc<br \/>\nGood understanding of GSM Transmission Network<br \/>\nGood insight of commercial aspects of technological solutions<br \/>\nCreative, confidence, initiative, self-motivated and customer oriented<br \/>\nGood communication skills.
