Web Developer<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shall be responsible for the designing and managing of client websites<\/li>\n<li>Develop websites in PHP, mySQL, HTML, Flash, ASP etc.<\/li>\n<li>Software integration with custom development sitting on top<\/li>\n<li>Scope Plan Execute (take a requirement \/ concept, write it down, build the code, test, bug fix, deliver an executable software product)<\/li>\n<li>PHP applications are database intensive, complicated SQL Statements, understand all SQL methods available<\/li>\n<li>The accepted applicant is to support, enhance and develop new and current web applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior Experience with PHP programming and web development.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work in a professional team environment or individually.<\/li>\n<li>Great attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>High standards for coding and design.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with constructive criticism and highly collaborative processes<\/li>\n<li>Good personal skills; able to foster creative and adventurous clients.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in high pressure situations<\/li>\n<li>Should look out for opportunities for innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter &#8211; the ability to take ownership of software &#8211; work in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. Graphic Dedsigner<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts<\/li>\n<li>Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer.<\/li>\n<li>Use computer software to generate new images.<\/li>\n<li>Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.<\/li>\n<li>Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and\/or supervisors and making necessary changes.<\/li>\n<li>Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operation of print equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer\u2019s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure company always has design and print materials in stock.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Desktop Publishing Tools, Handles Rejection<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3.
