{"id":697,"date":"2010-08-24T08:32:51","date_gmt":"2010-08-24T08:32:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=697"},"modified":"2010-08-24T08:34:28","modified_gmt":"2010-08-24T08:34:28","slug":"penta-consulting-2g-rf-optimisation-engineer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/penta-consulting-2g-rf-optimisation-engineer.html","title":{"rendered":"Penta Consulting: 2G RF Optimisation Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Penta Consulting <\/strong>URGENTLY require a <strong>2G RF Optimisation Engineer<\/strong> in the following locations:<\/p>\n<p>Kenya \/ Nigeria \/ Ghana<\/p>\n<p>You will require the following competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Good knowledge with the use of MS office, Mapinfo,TCPU (Tems cell planner universal),TEMS investigation Must have good knowledge with SecureCRT, MOSHELL, Comand Prompts,OSS, PLEASE REFER TO BELOW Perform radio network performance analysis and optimisation using Optima\/BO\/Astellia, MARS, IManager and RNO tools (NCS, MRR, FAS) to achieve KPIs such as Call Setup Success Rate, TCH drop, Handover Success Rate and SDCCH drops.<br \/>\n\u2022 Radio network parameters tuning such as Power control, IRC, HCS, Multiband Cell etc.<br \/>\nWorst cells analysis and troubleshooting<br \/>\nParameter tuning and optimization<br \/>\nDrive test analysis using TEMS Investigations and making necessary parameter changes to improve network.<br \/>\nInterference troubleshooting in BTS sites using HP spectrum analyser.<br \/>\nPreparing riggers to do sites audits and antenna alterations where\/if necessary<br \/>\nPerform weekly KPI presentation of responsible BSCs for internal NPI meetings Secondary Area of Expertise:<br \/>\nGood overall knowledge of GSM architecture, and Network perfromance.
