{"id":6975,"date":"2012-02-07T01:32:57","date_gmt":"2012-02-07T01:32:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=6975"},"modified":"2013-12-26T15:51:34","modified_gmt":"2013-12-26T15:51:34","slug":"admin-officer-ghana-jobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/admin-officer-ghana-jobs.html","title":{"rendered":"Admin Officer Ghana Jobs"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><em>The Akatakyiman Rural Bank Ltd with headquarters in Komenda, C\/R, invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the following position.<br \/>\n<\/em><strong><br \/>\nJob Function:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver an efficient administrative and communication systems to help management in planning and organising the human and physical resources of the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Report to the Chief Executive Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate will be required, among others, to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Type, receive and dispatch official mails<\/li>\n<li>Develop robust filing systems for the Chief Executive Officer&#8217;s secretariat and other units of the bank<\/li>\n<li>Be in charge of insurance and rentals businesses<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Plant, Property and Equipment (PPE) issues are efficiently managed<\/li>\n<li>Handle staff matters- staff files, annual leave, medical\/hospital attendance, Board and staff meetings, correspondence, circulars, filing systems, etc<\/li>\n<li>Supervise general housekeeping activities &#8211; display of audited and financial statements, seating arrangement and adequacy of banking hall space<\/li>\n<li>Ensure environmental tidiness within the bank<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate, organise and control all marketing, public relations and promotional activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The right candidate must possess the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or HND in Secretaryship &amp;\u00a0Management Studies or<\/li>\n<li>Level 2 of acceptable professional qualification eg, CISA, CIM<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of three years post qualification work experience in a banking or related institution<\/li>\n<li>Superior communications, interpersonal, writing, verbal skills, with strong ability to write report and minutes<\/li>\n<li>Additional training in Public Relations and Communication from\u00a0a recognised professional institution will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants with the requisite qualifications and experience may apply and provide detailed Curriculum Vitae, copies of their certificates, together with testimonials from two references both of whom must provide detailed contact addresses and telephone numbers.
