We currently operate more than 45 manufacturing and supply chain facilities with multinational teams offering products and services to our customers in more than 80 countries. Join us, and you\u2019ll learn from a comprehensive three-year rotational training program, while playing an important role in supporting the needs of the organization.<\/p>\n<p>What you need<br \/>\nWe are seeking people who<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>are fluent in English (level 5 on a global English test)<\/li>\n<li>have the legal right to work in the country in which they apply<\/li>\n<li>have or expect to attain a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in supply chain management or a related discipline in, for example, business, engineering, logistics, sourcing, materials, compliance, or operations. An MBA with a focus on supply chain management is a plus<\/li>\n<li>have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (2.2) or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for people who are motivated and persistent, as well as resilient and adaptable. You\u2019ll also need to show creative problem-solving and strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the geographic area in which you live, there may be specific employment requirements according to your location, which will be explained during the application process.<\/p>\n<p>Role<br \/>\nYou\u2019ll be involved in tasks ranging from purchasing and strategic sourcing to materials analysis and global logistics. The structured three-year Supply Chain Rotational Program (SCRP) includes formal training and on-the-job experience that prepares you for a leadership position.<\/p>\n<p>Learning and development<br \/>\nIf you join the supply chain training program, you\u2019ll complete six assignments over three years within three tracts: strategic sourcing, production management, and logistics management. Regular assessments ensure you have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to move to the next step, each of which is designed to be completed in 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll take on specific roles\u2014initially in Finance, or as a buyer\u2014where you\u2019ll develop expertise by performing each role and receiving constructive feedback from your mentor. You\u2019ll also learn from instructor-led courses, structured on-job training, and e-learning modules. Further developmental roles will follow, which will vary according to your interests and our business needs. These could include logistics, quality, global sourcing, human resources, or health, safety, and environment.<\/p>\n<p>Prospects<br \/>\nOnce you have completed your training program, you\u2019ll begin a minimum two-year assignment, taking on responsibility within the supply chain organization. Potential career opportunities include, but are not limited to, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, global logistics, project management, strategic sourcing, materials management, purchasing, coordination, trade compliance, plant management, and operations management.<\/p>\n<p>Reliability engineering<br \/>\nWe also offer a graduate training program in reliability engineering, a subset of supply chain management.<\/p>\n<p>What you need<br \/>\nWe are seeking people who<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>are fluent in English (level 5 on a global English test)<\/li>\n<li>have the legal right to work in the country in which they apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For reliability roles, you will also need a Master\u2019s degree in<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>applied science<\/li>\n<li>applied statistics<\/li>\n<li>industrial engineering<\/li>\n<li>mechanics<\/li>\n<li>operations research<\/li>\n<li>reliability engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for people who are motivated and persistent, as well as resilient and adaptable.
