\n\u2022 The role involves working with the knowledge management team to plan, implement, and manage hardware, software, databases, network, and online platforms, and integrate the company\u2019s management information system.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Manage the company\u2019s local area network.
\n\u2022 Support staff in the use of productivity software, ICT equipment networks, and other systems.
\n\u2022 Organize and conduct periodic training for staff on the use of the company\u2019s systems and productivity tools.
\n\u2022 Liaise with service providers and vendors for the purpose of conveying and\/or receiving ICT resources.
\n\u2022 Work with KM team to maintain operational databases and online platforms
\n\u2022 Work with the KM team to collate and analyze data, prepare and present periodic management, and external reports
\n\u2022 Other tasks<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Industry training\/ certification in network administration, information systems development\/management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Practical experience in managing networking systems and related security
\n\u2022 Proficient in the administration of Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly Ms Teams\/Sharepoint
\n\u2022 Expertise in analyzing data using Excel or other analytics software.
\n\u2022 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
\n\u2022 Strong training & facilitation skills
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
\n\u2022 Web development\/programming skills and experience (not required, but could be an advantage)<\/p>\n
