CHF is a politically neutral, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, that prides itself on an approach which is accountable, efficient and effective.<!--more--><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CHF INTERNATIONAL\/GHANA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPRODUCTION OF CIVIC EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR INCLUCITY PROGRAM<br \/>\nIN SUPPORT OF CHF INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN GHANA\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CHF International has been implementing the IncluCity Program in Accra and Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Areas since the last quarter of 2011. The program is operating in 22 communities across 7 Sub-Metros in Accra and 34 communities in 4 sub-Metros in Sekondi-Takoradi and is aimed at improving governance and services for Ghana\u2019s urban poor.<\/p>\n<p>CHF international Ghana is seeking the services of a Consultant to aid CHF and the Civil Society partners develop and present messages regarding good citizenship, epitomized in adherence to local authority laws and regulations, timely payment of taxes, levies, tolls and rates and active participation in governance.<\/p>\n<p>The person\u2019s main activities include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Researching into citizens\u2019 rights and responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Couching appropriate and appealing messages on citizens\u2019 rights and responsibilities in governance, planning and budgeting and participation in provision and responsible use of public services.<\/li>\n<li>Developing appropriately sized materials (flyers, and posters),<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested organizations or consultants should visit the following webpage (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chfinternationalghana.org\/index.php\/who-we-are\/vacancy\">http:\/\/www.chfinternationalghana.org\/index.php\/who-we-are\/vacancy<\/a>) for full details of the Scope of Works and submit proposals (Max 25pages) which shall include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overview of Organisation\u2019s capabilities\/experience especially in civic messaging and education and key Personnel to be assigned (CV of each person)<\/li>\n<li>Contact Details.
