All positions are based in Accra with extensive travel in the cocoa-growing areas in Ghana. The ability to speak Ghanaian languages would be an advantage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Under the direct supervision of the Programme Director, the Programme Manager for Community Development will be responsible for working with the technical and implementing partners to deliver the strategic outcomes related to community-centred development interventions and sustainable livelihoods from non-cocoa whilst mainstreaming the programme cross-cutting issues as captured in the Partnership&#8217;s Vision Into Action.
