{"id":71155,"date":"2022-08-23T12:06:07","date_gmt":"2022-08-23T12:06:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=71155"},"modified":"2022-08-23T12:06:07","modified_gmt":"2022-08-23T12:06:07","slug":"bunge-jobs-2022-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/bunge-jobs-2022-5.html","title":{"rendered":"Bunge Jobs 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ensure day to day maintenance of all electrical installations\/instruments used in line of production and performs routine maintenance, installations and integration of various types of process control and instrumentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Electrical &amp; Instrumentation Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Accountabilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure there is available electrical energy in right condition during each shift, for purposes of production<\/li>\n<li>Routine preventive\/predictive maintenance on all instrumentation and electrical components<\/li>\n<li>Carry out scheduled checks and generate reports on all electrical devices used in line of production<\/li>\n<li>Resolve routine breakdowns of electrical devices used in line of production<\/li>\n<li>Fault analysis and repair of hardwars relay logic, motor control circuits and all other E \/I circuits<\/li>\n<li>Assist in carrying out routine planned maintenance works on electrical devices used in line of production<\/li>\n<li>Maintain housekeeping standards for electrical rooms\/ areas and Installations<\/li>\n<li>Assist as may be directed by superiors in carrying out installation of new electrical devices within the factory<\/li>\n<li>Assist in operation of Utility units eg. nitrogen generators, air compressors, chillers etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure electrical equipment\/ power outlets in offices\/labs operate and are kept in a manner not posing health threats to users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Technical Competencies:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings<\/li>\n<li>Have as a minimum; an overview of production processes<\/li>\n<li>Understand Thermodynamic principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education\/Experience:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND Electrical\/Instrumentation<\/li>\n<li>Electrical Engineering part III<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a similar role 3 years is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Membership and certification with Energy Commission and Ghana institue of Engineers will be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation, communication and control systems malfunctioning.<\/li>\n<li>Understand equipment functionality in relation to operation and production<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and understand E&amp;I drawings<\/li>\n<li>Have knowledge of PLC systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personality<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High level integrity and dependable<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven result oriented<\/li>\n<li>Can do attitude and persistent<\/li>\n<li>Openness and willing to learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We Are Bunge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bunge is a global agribusiness with one mission \u2013 we connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
