{"id":7128,"date":"2012-03-01T10:58:54","date_gmt":"2012-03-01T10:58:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=7128"},"modified":"2012-03-01T13:48:08","modified_gmt":"2012-03-01T13:48:08","slug":"logistics-trainer-required-urgently","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/logistics-trainer-required-urgently.html","title":{"rendered":"Logistics Trainer Required Urgently"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On behalf of our client, one of the global leaders in the logistics and shipping industry, we are looking for 2 entrepreneurial, enthusiast and responsible Logistics Trainers.<\/p>\n<p>Come join a global integrated network where you will have the chance to make a difference in complex projects and the support to develop your career in a company that invests in its talent.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Activity area<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible of super-users acquiring and applying the knowledge related to the processes covered by the project.<\/li>\n<li>Involvement in the phases of simulation, design and launching of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the reached objectives through constant implementation (Maintenance in operational conditions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Implementations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible with training for super-users and users on the sites where the software has to be implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures trainings of teams and simulations of the tested environment.<\/li>\n<li>Is physically present starting with the setting-up of GO-Live and after the implementation of GO-Live in order to ensure support for users.<\/li>\n<li>Makes sure that the training environment is fully operational<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists the local project manager in helping the agents to familiarise with changes.<\/li>\n<li>Leads and takes part in functional analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures a proper utilisation of the software and compliance with the standard processes and puts in practice corrective actions in case of need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instruments<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mastering the system modules and the joint training software applications. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Participates in forwarding requests to headquarters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Capitalization of knowledge and competencies <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Constantly evaluates trainings for which he\/she is responsible and reviews scoring.<\/li>\n<li>Adapts documentation, if necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Takes part regularly in trainings in order to keep pace with the domain.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PROFILE<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree (logistics \/ transportation) or equivalent professional experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant experience in shipping\/transportation<\/li>\n<li>Teaching skills in order to deliver the training sessions for all profile types (users, super-users, management).<\/li>\n<li>Adaptation abilities and proactive during training design.<\/li>\n<li>Good communications skills in changing environments<\/li>\n<li>Good Office skills (Excel, Power Point) and good understanding of software applications<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Work mobility (70% travelling)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-6 years of experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge regarding shipping\/ transportation or logistics is considered an advantage.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested?
