Zain is recruiting <strong>Transmission Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Location: Ashanti, Western, Central, Eastern, Volta, Brong Ahafo, Northern, Upper East and Upper West Region<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe job holder will work closely with the transmission team to deliver robust network with high availability. He\/she will work with the TX Performance team to plan the transmission network, ensure that TX performance is achieved as per the design and improve the overall Network Quality and performance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:<br \/>\nThe Candidate will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Perform desktop study for transmission Toplology<br \/>\nConduct Site Survey\/Technical site visits and Microwave Link design<br \/>\nPerform TX Frequency Planning, Technical Specification update and TX Performance Issues<br \/>\nPrepare reports on TRM topology and link budgets validation and subsequent BOQ preparation<br \/>\nAssist in fibre route planning, deployment, configuration and performance management<br \/>\nConduct regular TX database update on the technical specifications<br \/>\nPerform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time<br \/>\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BSc.
