{"id":71526,"date":"2022-08-30T07:25:26","date_gmt":"2022-08-30T07:25:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=71526"},"modified":"2022-08-30T07:25:26","modified_gmt":"2022-08-30T07:25:26","slug":"siemens-jobs-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/siemens-jobs-2022.html","title":{"rendered":"Siemens Jobs 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are a technology company focused on industry, infrastructure and transport<\/p>\n<p>From more resource-efficient factories, resilient supply chains, and smarter buildings and grids, to cleaner and more comfortable transportation, we create technology with purpose adding real value for customers.<\/p>\n<p>By combining the real and the digital worlds, we empower our customers to transform their industries and markets, helping them to transform the everyday for billions of people around the world<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Ghana Graduate Intern\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission\/Function of the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Executes various technical and operational activities in a specified region for the portfolio of a business unit in order to increase our potential to deliver on customer expectations and to achieve defined business targets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the responsibilities of the role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the various Business Units of Siemens within the Ghana branch office<\/li>\n<li>Have a unique opportunity to gain holistic view of the Siemens organisation and its diversified businesses in Ghana and Africa.<\/li>\n<li>Support Business Development and Sales teams with data extraction, sorting, summarizing, and presenting, customers and opportunities, using the appropriate internal CRM tools<\/li>\n<li>Perform desktop research on markets, verticals and customers to generate leads.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other business units and functions to successfully complete assigned tasks<\/li>\n<li>Provide engineering, operational and logistics support for strategic projects in Ghana by the various Siemens Business Units<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, evaluate or manage information for technical and business decision making<\/li>\n<li>Perform other important duties as assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In order to be successful in their job, the graduate intern must:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain analytical and growth mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain deep relationships with customers in the region<\/li>\n<li>Also establish and maintain deep relationships with other corporate support teams and systems<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain deep relationships with the various sales channels \u2013 both internal and external \u2013 in their region<\/li>\n<li>Maintain understanding of the local market for their region<\/li>\n<li>Can articulate the key value proposition of the product, and spread that knowledge across their region, enabling others around them.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strict adherence to the Siemens Business Conducts Guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Live by the Siemens Environmental Health Safety and Quality principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Portfolio<\/strong>: Includes a broad variety of products and services across the Digital Industries and Smart Infrastructure Business Units. This includes; process automation, drives, software products &amp; solutions across the industrial and energy value chain: including grid simulation\/modelling\/analysis, meter data management, grid control, energy efficiency, and decentralised energy optimization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Targets:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Order Intake &amp; revenue achievement for assigned products<\/li>\n<li>Other technical and operational targets as assigned by Business Units and Region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do I need to qualify?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualification: Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be enrolled for the mandatory Ghana National Service Scheme<\/li>\n<li>Must possess great analytical and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting Manager : Branch Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Our culture:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our culture embraces different perspectives, open debate, and the will to challenge convention.
