{"id":7166,"date":"2012-03-05T11:09:05","date_gmt":"2012-03-05T11:09:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=7166"},"modified":"2012-03-05T11:09:05","modified_gmt":"2012-03-05T11:09:05","slug":"denkyiraman-rural-bank-supervising-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/denkyiraman-rural-bank-supervising-manager-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Denkyiraman Rural Bank: Supervising Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>Denkyiraman Rural Bank<\/strong>, located in the Central Region with Head Office at Ayamfuri has been recapitalised and restructured, is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced manager to the position of Supervising Manager.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing a Strategic Management Plan to improve the long term competitive advantage and growth of the bank and formulate new strategies to increase the bank&#8217;s productivity, efficiency and profitability<\/li>\n<li>Providing effective leadership for the management team<\/li>\n<li>Managing the assets of the bank for it to maintain its position among the top five (5) rural banks in Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the day-to-day running of the Bank<\/li>\n<li>Implementing policies and directives of the Board<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the general direction, control and growth of the Bank<\/li>\n<li>Performing any duty directly associated with the objectives of the Bank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:\u00a0<\/strong>Attractive and commensurate with experience and background<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good first degree in\u00a0Economics, Banking and Finance or Social Science from a recognised University with 10 years experience in the banking and finance industry at least five years of which should have been at the management level. OR a Polytechnic Graduate with 15 years work experience in a financial institution.<\/li>\n<li>Working in a Rural\/Community Bank for at least 5 years in a Senior Position is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Honesty, integrity and leadership, Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate in MS\u00a0Word, Excel and Internet use<\/li>\n<li>Proven writing and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent teamwork, managerial and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested persons with requisite qualifications and experience may apply giving detailed CV and names of two (2) referees to reach the address below:<\/p>\n<div><strong>THE CHAIRMAN<br \/>\nP.
