FHI 360 operates from 60 offices with 4,400 staff in the U.S. and around the world. \u00a0 <!--more-->Our commitment to partnerships at every level and our multidisciplinary approach enable us to have a lasting impact on the individuals, communities and countries we serve\u2013improving lives for millions.\u00a0\u00a0We seek qualified candidates for the position of\u00a0<strong><em>Senior Financial Manager\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>in Accra Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership on administrative, finance, accounting and reporting matters as it relates to the implementation of the project;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze, develop and monitor accounting\/fiscal control procedures and program budgets;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review program financial reports; monitor and track obligations and expenditures;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the on-going development and maintenance of financial reporting and budgeting systems;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and provide technical assistance, as needed, to local partners on financial compliance and reporting;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit financial and accrual reports to donor;<\/li>\n<li>Manage project procurement processes;<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of the District Supply Chain Management Package;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise other project-based administrative, finance, and contract &amp; grants staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Minimum of bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, financial management, which can be adjusted based on work experience<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years\u2019 experience in all aspects of financial project management duties.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated English and French language skills (FS-3 level or higher).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tbe.taleo.net\/NA12\/ats\/careers\/apply.jsp?org=FHI&amp;cws=1\"><strong>Click here to view and Apply Online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FHI 360 is a global development organization with a rigorous, evidence-based approach.
