Sr. project management.<\/li>\n<li>Specialist with at least 15 yrs. experience with international development projects, with particular experience in HIV prevention &amp; MARP programming, capacity building, policy development and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Global Fund grant implementation knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Community development experience. English and French language skills.
