IBM Ghana recruits: <strong>Services Sales Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><br \/>\nAssumes Opportunity Ownership responsibilities for assigned SPL (where critical mass is not possible, Services Sales Leader may be responsible for more than one SPL)Examines all opportunities to determine if other SPL services\/service products would be of value (If it grows to a complex multiple-SPL opportunity, it would then be passed to an ISL)Maintains deep technical (content) skills in assigned SPL, and a working knowledge of other SPL portfolio, as well as basic understanding of Infrastructure Solution (i.e., level 1 skill sets) Understands competition and develops appropriate sales strategyApplies sales skills to engage and close opportunities with key decision makersEnsures smooth transition from the sales stage to the delivery stage (handoff from sales team to implementation team<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Required<\/strong><br \/>\nHigh School Diploma\/GED<br \/>\nAt least 2 years experience in Performing Negotiations and Developing Client Relationships<br \/>\nAt least 2 years experience in Understanding the IBM Services Products viz. Information Management, Storage Services, Managed Services, Disaster Recovery, etc.<br \/>\nAt least 2 years experience in Managing Services Sales and Delivery<br \/>\nAt least 2 years experience in Consultative Selling with a Proven Track Record<br \/>\nEnglish: Fluent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Job <\/strong><br \/>\nAt least 3 years experience in Performing Negotiations and Developing Client Relationships<br \/>\nAt least 3 years experience in Understanding the IBM Services Products viz.
