It is a former NOSA 5 Star &#8220;Platinum&#8221; related mine, which has gained ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) Certification and currently implementing OHSAS 18001 Safety Management System.<!--more--><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Obuasi Mine,\u00a0Ghana<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for the development of Financial\u00a0Analysis Models required by all Ghana Business Units.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist business units in developing financial models required for the business planning process<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement a Capital\u00a0Evaluation tool for Business Units<\/li>\n<li>Assist the VP transformation in developing financial models for project falling under the responsibility of the SVP Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Assist the VP Transformation in the review of monthly operations performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting Lines:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The incumbent will be a member of the Ghana Project Management Office and will be reporting to the VP\u00a0Transformation Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interfaces:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regular communication and interfaces will be required with other members of the Ghana PMO<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent will be expected to gain access to information though communication with members of the mine planning and finance teams in all business units<\/li>\n<li>Regular feedback is expected to be provided to the SVP\u00a0Ghana, VP\u00a0Transformation, Managing Directors of\u00a0Ghana business units, and relevant CARO team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00a0Master&#8217;s Degree in the field of\u00a0Finance<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of Accounting\/Finance<\/li>\n<li>Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the gold mining industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional skills required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheet Applications (MS\u00a0Excel), with the ability to design Financial Models<\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders and achieve results<\/li>\n<li>Self-Driven<\/li>\n<li>Assertive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and eligible persons are to forward their applications with detailed Curriculum Vitae to the following address:<\/p>\n<div><strong>The Divisional Staffing Manager<br \/>\nAngloGold Ashanti (Ghana) Limited<br \/>\nP.
