Co-ordinate all Marketing, Commercial and Franchise activities<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Franchise Senior Manager \u2013 EQUAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Function Related Activities\/Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategy and Business Performance: Develop and implement 3 year Business Plan and annual BP for assigned geography aligning bottler around key<\/li>\n<li>investment commitments<\/li>\n<li>Approve and ensure execution of annual BBP(s) \u2013 manage opportunities and issues arising with Bottler LT<\/li>\n<li>Approve and ensure execution of annual Customer Business Plans<\/li>\n<li>Finance: Manage P&amp;L for the Region ensuring delivery of the Profit, Volume and Share numbers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to Local Chart of Authority, financial governance standards and management of OPEX locally.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively adjust and correct during the annual cycle to ensure delivery of profit numbers<\/li>\n<li>Market Execution and Commercial Excellence: Identify commercial and market development improvement initiatives to drive incremental volume, profit or share<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Region or territory OBPPC is optimized leveraging Conjoint analysis and the BU experts<\/li>\n<li>Drive the RED agenda with the bottling partner(s)ensuring it is embedded into organizational culture<\/li>\n<li>Actively pursue opportunities to improve our Route to Market, leveraging best practices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure application of consumer programs designed to enhance consumer brand equity<\/li>\n<li>Drive horizontal expansion through outlet creation incentive programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 8-10 years\u2019 experience with a FMCG at least 3 years in Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Functional experience would be an advantage. Bottler experiences an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Business degree qualification minimum, MBA preferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functional Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid strategic analysis and thinking skills able to build a sustainable business<\/li>\n<li>Strong Commercial understanding<\/li>\n<li>Financial Skills and ability to manage P&amp;L<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Purpose And Growth Culture<\/strong>We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
