\n\u2022 Obtains client\/patients information to verify delivery location and communicate lead time.
\n\u2022 Delivers assigned packages intact, within expected time frame, and adhering to map locations or verbal directions as required.
\n\u2022 On delivery, inspects the package with the client and walks the client through payment processes until confirmation.
\n\u2022 Maintains and improves quality by adhering to standards and guidelines
\n\u2022 Follows call center\/communication \u201cscripts\u201d when handling different topics
\n\u2022 Performs other delivery duties as assigned by the business unit manager.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Conversant with motorist code of conduct and use of GPS or maps.
\n\u2022 Ability to work efficiently with all team members within and outside the unit.
\n\u2022 Must pay attention to detail even under work related pressure.
\n\u2022 Efficient at multitasking
\n\u2022 Smartphone literate<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Valid motor vehicle license<\/p>\n
