For half of the century we are successfully realising our strategic goals and doing that, follow our Mission and Vision.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key\u00a0Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achievement of sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Detailing and selling of products to Specialists in the Private and Public\u00a0Sector<\/li>\n<li>Sales Tracking<\/li>\n<li>Individual customer potential analysis and developmental plans<\/li>\n<li>Customer relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Key opinion leader identification and development<\/li>\n<li>Presentations to academic groups<\/li>\n<li>Organization of CME&#8217;s and round-table discussions<\/li>\n<li>Continuous update of knowledge in\u00a0Cardiology and Pain Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong>\u00a0This position reports to the Country Manager, Ghana<br \/>\n<strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>A B.Pharm degree and the candidate must be registered with a relevant regulatory body<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should be competent in the application of a recognised selling skills process<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use a territory management system effectively<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a demonstration of initiative<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy in MS\u00a0Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested parties should forward their application to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:kofikrka@yahoo.com\">kofikrka@yahoo.com<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 The closing date for this position is 30th March, 2012.
