\n\u2022 He\/She will serve as the primary voice for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty to the project in support of mPharma\u2019s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
\n\u2022 This role will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. This position reports to the Customer Service Lead.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
\n\u2022 Communicating with customers through various channels.
\n\u2022 Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
\n\u2022 Processing orders and requests.
\n\u2022 Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
\n\u2022 Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
\n\u2022 Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
\n\u2022 Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
\n\u2022 Owns and leads multiple customer accounts and manages relationships utilizing project management best practices.
\n\u2022 Serve as a product expert and provide existing customers with technical and product support where necessary.
\n\u2022 Create and implement procedures that optimize the customer experience
\n\u2022 Identify and find solutions to potential operational issues such as billing, deliveries of drugs, etc.
\n\u2022 Interface with supply chain departments to ensure all orders are fully serviced within agreed timelines.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A strong work ethic and a proactive \u201ccan do\u201d attitude that requires minimal supervision
\n\u2022 Fluent English with excellent writing, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
\n\u2022 Experience in the health domain either working with multinational pharmaceutical companies, clinician settings, or other healthcare services
\n\u2022 Proven customer support experience
\n\u2022 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
\n\u2022 Familiar with CRM systems and practices
\n\u2022 Customer orientation and ability to adapt\/respond to different types of characters
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills
\n\u2022 Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills to network with new people and develop business relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 3+ years of professional experience in a healthcare organization (including internships)
\n\u2022 Pharmacist preferred<\/p>\n
