\n\u2022 Update and maintain asset register and verify physical assets
\n\u2022 Responsible for preparing of stamped dispatched notes for all vehicles for plywood delivery
\n\u2022 Responsible for keeping accurate filing system for all company customers or clients for accessibility
\n\u2022 Responsible for preparation of monthly statement of accounts for all company customers
\n\u2022 Carrying out of Debt collection for due invoices
\n\u2022 Assist finance manager in the preparation of monthly trial balance for plymill division for consolidation to the main trial balance of the company
\n\u2022 Responsible to conduct and coordinate quarterly and year end physical stock-take procedures for checking with records and verification of all stock items
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents and job costing records of the Plymill
\n\u2022 Analyse production costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
\n\u2022 Make estimates of new and proposed product costs
\n\u2022 Analyse production and operating costs recommending cost savings and waste reduction
\n\u2022 Responsible for stock costing and control<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Qualified Chartered Accountant of Ghana and member of good standing with institute of Chartered Accountant of Ghana (ICAG)
\n\u2022 At least 2 years financial or cost accounting work experience most preferably in Forestry Industry or in a manufacturing entity<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ability to implement internal control policies effectively
\n\u2022 Work independently in the absence of supervision
\n\u2022 Understand and follow oral and written instructions
\n\u2022 Competent in completing necessary administration tasks and reports
\n\u2022 Planning and organising, possess project management skills
\n\u2022 Attention to detail
\n\u2022 Problem-solver
\n\u2022 Team player
\n\u2022 Communication skills
\n\u2022 Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
