\n\u2022 Effective monitoring of Clocking system at all locations
\n\u2022 Support in completion of job application materials and documentations and preparation of employment interviews and tests
\n\u2022 Welcome new employees to the organisation by ensuring the necessary procedures are preformed and conducting orientation (Medicals and induction)
\n\u2022 Ensure the administering staff welfare, medicals, benefits, programmes and events
\n\u2022 Maintain and employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
\n\u2022 Maintain and develop the filing system of personnel
\n\u2022 Assist in liaising between labour union and management
\n\u2022 Continuously update disciplinary records
\n\u2022 Keep all leave and sick records of all employees up-to-date
\n\u2022 Assist in the recruitment and selection process by informing selected candidates of their interview dates and time, preparing CV summaries for various roles, preparing the interview pack for the panelists abd ensuring that the interview room is ready
\n\u2022 Administer staff correspondences including termination, resignation, etc
\n\u2022 Arrange pay out to the beneficiaries\/dependents of deceased employees
\n\u2022 Monthly update of staff list
\n\u2022 Perform any other activities assigned by the Human Resource Manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Maintain confidentiality at work
\n\u2022 Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain effective work relations with all stakeholders
\n\u2022 Understanding of occupational health, safety and environmental issues<\/p>\n
