\n\u2022 Health and safety management system
\n\u2022 Incident, accident and near Miss Management
\n\u2022 Road safety Management
\n\u2022 Actively work towards the company\u2019s full compliance with the international labour organisation (ILO) guidelines
\n\u2022 Engage regularly with relevant stakeholders and train employees on OHS issues
\n\u2022 Management and leadership<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 3 years post qualification work experience in a similar role and industry<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 The individual must be self-motivated and team oriented, able to work independently and committed to responsible forest stewardship
\n\u2022 Knowledge of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), as well as international finance cooperation (IFC-Guidance Note\/Performance Standard and all enactments relating to best OHS management practices
\n\u2022 Good communication skills in English and Twi
\n\u2022 Proficiency with MS Office is absolutely essential
\n\u2022 Experience with project planning software would be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written communications, sound presentation, analytical and computer skills<\/p>\n
