Our goal is to enter the TOP-5 classifieds in the world by traffic by 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Public Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a Public Relations Head who will handle all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities for Jiji Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies<\/li>\n<li>Planning publicity strategies and campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Creating, managing, and optimizing the reports based on KPI metrics<\/li>\n<li>Track performance of campaigns by key metrics<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking relevant market research<\/li>\n<li>Track media coverage and follow industry trends<\/li>\n<li>Organize and attend PR events and serve as company spokesman<\/li>\n<li>Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media, and public<\/li>\n<li>Edit and update promotional material and publications e.g. brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship, and advertising<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Academic Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree\/ Diploma in Communications and Public Relations.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Public Relations Lead<\/li>\n<li>Established professional relationships with media agencies in Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Understanding social media and solid experience working with bloggers<\/li>\n<li>Clear understanding of the main brand metrics and ways of their improvement<\/li>\n<li>Experience with developing creative campaigns would be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Copywriting skills<\/li>\n<li>Skills of managing team<\/li>\n<li>Event management and organization<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of how researchers are conducting<\/li>\n<li>Skills of a moderator\/ in-depth interviewer would be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jiji is a leading classified platform in the largest markets of Pan-African countries with a combined population of 450+ mn expected by 2025.
