1.\u00a0Advocacy & Governance Officer<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Advocacy & Governance Officer will develop and implement advocacy strategy for local-level advocacy with technical assistance from the Project Manager. She\/He will analyze local policies and programmes to identify opportunities and barriers for community-based adaptation and Agriculture and Natural Resource Management.<\/p>\n The Advocacy & Governance Officer reports to the Project Manager for ALP. The position is based in Tamale with significant travels within and outside the project area.<\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2. \u00a0Livelihoods & Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Officer<\/p>\n Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Livelihoods & DRR Project officer will lead in facilitating the development and implementation of Innovative approaches to community-based adaptation (CBA) in collaboration with the ALP impact communities and local partners.<\/p>\n The officer will facilitate the development of capacity building strategy, provide training, mentoring and ongoing technical advice to partners, and contribute to development of project information and knowledge management system.<\/p>\n The officer will facilitate monitoring of processes and results by partners working at household\/individual level, support partners in reporting on processes and results, work closely with the Local Governance & Advocacy Officers to link household\/individual activities to local governance and advocacy activities and compile partner reports for submission to the Project Manager.<\/p>\n The Livelihoods & DRR Officer reports to the Project Manager for ALP. Driver:<\/p>\n CARE International in Ghana is inviting applications from qualified persons to fill a vacant DRIVING position on a Partnership for Accountable Governance in Education (PAGE) Project.<\/p>\n The Driver reports to the Administrative Secretary in the PAGE office.
