The role requires the successful candidate to work with colleagues globally to develop banking and other products, thus ensuring a holistic service offering to clients.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement a successful corporate banking strategy to maximise client profitability<\/li>\n<li>Develop and nurture strategic relationships with clients to ensure that the strategies and business objectives of clients and the Bank are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Identify and provide solutions to clients<\/li>\n<li>Engage credit team and develop a sound asset portfolio through deal structuring and execution<\/li>\n<li>Develop and build a competitive, client-oriented sales portfolio and respond to the Corporate and Investment Banking needs of clients<\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage the major risk factors that impact clients and expose the bank to undue risk<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the bank meets its clients&#8217; expectations of access to cost efficient financing and consistent service standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:\u00a0<\/strong>Negotiable according to experience, knowledge and skills<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A postgraduate degree in Finance, Management, Accounting or related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in Corporate Relationship Management is preferable<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a credit environment will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Branch Banking Operations<\/li>\n<li>Conceptual understanding of business strategy and how its successful application can lead to market success<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of financial markets and an appreciation of the entire range of products and services available to meet the needs of corporate organisations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested persons may e-mail their covering letter with current Curriculum Vitae (CV) to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitmentghana@stanbic.com.gh\">recruitmentghana@stanbic.com.gh<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer valid till:\u00a003 Apr, 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stanbic Bank Ghana is\u00a0looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced and results-oriented person to fill the position of Relationship Manager within our Corporate and Investment Banking Unit.
