The Zonal Business Manager will be responsible for all company activities and assets within his assigned Zone.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nKey Duties &amp;\u00a0Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer acquisition within assigned territory as per business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Growth of customer market share as per plan<\/li>\n<li>Growth of revenue market share<\/li>\n<li>Attainment of business revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Partner (distributor) profitability and ROI target attainment<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain the distribution network as per defined FMCG model to deliver on service, availability and revenue objectives. outlet numeric distribution &#8211; recruitment, service and maintenance of recharge selling and Sim selling retail base<\/li>\n<li>Customer service levels as per customer service policy<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationship with distribution and trade partners to enhance company standing<\/li>\n<li>Develop, execute, track and enforce monthly, quarterly and annual business planning and reviews with the distribution partners<\/li>\n<li>Effectively recruit, manage and develop the team working within the zone<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and oversee the performance of all company assets within the territory including the performance of base stations, customer service\/retail shops, franchise retail shops, staff vehicles, etc<\/li>\n<li>Network expansion and performance.
