Halliburton Ghana recruits <strong>Administrative Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reference No: Halliburton_Ghana_Administrative Specialist<br \/>\nLocation: The work location is across Ghana<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the general supervision<br \/>\nWorks within a specialised function with work verified on an as need basis<br \/>\nReads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures manuals, and service orders<br \/>\nWrites routine reports and correspondence<br \/>\nApplies common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral<br \/>\nThis is an entry-level position<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A degree from an accredited higher institution<br \/>\nMinimum of Second Class Lower\/Upper Credit<br \/>\nMust have excellent oral, written and communication skills<br \/>\nMust be able to work as an effective team member<br \/>\nRequires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization<br \/>\nRequires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and\/or financial analysis<br \/>\nRequires 4-5 years of experience<br \/>\nSAP previous knowledge will be definite advantage<br \/>\nShould have good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages<br \/>\nHow To Apply<\/p>\n<p>Please Note: Review job posting carefully.
