Interprets and contextualizes global CSP curriculum and parameters<\/li>\n<li>Supports the implementation of CSP with local churches as a subject matter expert<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and evaluates CSP outcomes, indicators and activities<\/li>\n<li>Works with PF and industry resources to identify Child Survival needs and trends<\/li>\n<li>Delivers learning opportunities within CSP specialization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mature Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ<\/li>\n<li>University degree in\u00a0Early Childhood Development, Social Sciences, Pediatrics or Public Health, or related area of expertise<\/li>\n<li>Three years experience in early childhood development, pediatric health or related area<\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating early childhood programs<\/li>\n<li>Ability to support, train and coach program generalists in Child Survival Program implementation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to integrate and analyse program data and provide clear reporting, interpretation and recommendations on program strategies and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in technical writing and curriculum development<\/li>\n<li>Computer proficiency, experience with the Internet, applications of Microsoft Office and presentation and publication software<\/li>\n<li>Able to work collaboratively cross-culturally, inter-denominationally and cross-organisationally<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to remote areas of Ghana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you satisfy the above requirements, kindly send your curriculum vitae and a one-page write-up on why you you should be considered for the position to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@gh.ci.org\">hr@gh.ci.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Offer valid till:\u00a025 Apr, 2012<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Compassion International Ghana, an International Christian child development organisation.
