Al-Rayaan International School<\/strong> located at CASA Trasacco Junction on the Spintex Road (near Accra Mall). The school currently enrolls up to Form 1 students, with plans for advanced to add on Form 2 Level next year. Our pupils would like our new Head to be:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Due to the following well balanced British and Cambridge Curriculum at ARIS, the Board and Head of School wishes to appoint a highly experienced individual who would like to work in a multi-cultural setting.<\/p>\n

      Pay Scale and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Re-numeration: dependant on qualification<\/li>\n
      2. Bonus: Based on targets achieved through Performance Review<\/li>\n
      3. Financial support for further professional development which will be at the discretion of the School and the needs of the school<\/li>\n
      4. Annual pay rise will depend on inflation and the performance of duties<\/li>\n
      5. Leave: Six weeks paid holidays during summer holidays in addition to other school holidays<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • To demonstrate the vision and values in everyday work and practice<\/li>\n
        • To motivate and work with others to create a shared culture and positive climate<\/li>\n
        • To ensure creativity, innovation and the use of appropriate new technologies to achieve excellence<\/li>\n
        • To ensure that strategic planning takes account of the diversity, values and experience of the school and community at large<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
