{"id":7379,"date":"2012-04-18T09:05:07","date_gmt":"2012-04-18T09:05:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=7379"},"modified":"2016-11-18T13:05:34","modified_gmt":"2016-11-18T13:05:34","slug":"newmont-ghana-gold-limited-recruits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/newmont-ghana-gold-limited-recruits.html","title":{"rendered":"Newmont Ghana Gold Limited Recruits"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/jobs-ghana\/newmont-ghana\"><strong>Newmont Ghana Gold Limited<\/strong><\/a> a subsidiary of Newmont Mining Corporation, one of the World&#8217;s largest gold mining companies.<\/p>\n<p>Job Title:\u00a0Site Services Coordinator &#8211; Ahafo Mine<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Accountable for the management of a wide range of contractual services to include (Housing, Camp Management, Domestic Travel, Facility Maintenance, Transportation Services, Maintenance and new Infrastructure Projects).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, control, motivate and supervise department resources and ensure departmental and organizational goals are met<\/li>\n<li>Prepare budget for the department&#8217;s cost centers, forecast for approval, manage Ahafo site accommodation units and other facilities<\/li>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day activities of facility management company, transport service providers and sludge contractors and prepare monthly and adhoc costing reports on their billable transactions for business need<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile invoices received from Site Facilities Management company and other contractors and take corrective actions for any discrepancy for the appropriate reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Manage domestic travel and its supporting logistics and ensure that it is in line with the travel procedure and policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A first degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or Management<\/li>\n<li>Must have 6-8 years working experience in facility management, project management, contracts administration in a senior position<\/li>\n<li>A strong construction project &amp; contract management background is essential for this role<\/li>\n<li>High Level Skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you would like to be considered for this position, please send your application letter and current CV with references, indicating your e-mail address, telephone contact information:<\/p>\n<div><strong>Human Resources Manager<br \/>\nNewmont Ghana Gold Limited<br \/>\nP.
