The company is evolving into the development of oil palm based valued-added products.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of its expansion and growth, the company is seeking qualified individuals to fill the following vacancy as Senior Internal Auditor.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Reporting to the Managing Director and the Group Internal Audit Director, the successful candidate shall:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out operational\/value for money audits of key departmental functions<\/li>\n<li>Perform ad-hoc investigations and other assignments when requested by Senior Management<\/li>\n<li>Regularly follow up with departmental Management to ensure the prompt implementation of audit recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external auditors and provide assistance in timely completion of external audits and implementation of Management letter recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the internal audit unit and direct activities of audit staff<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports for Senior Management of audit findings and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual work programmes, budgets and quarterly status reports of internal audit unit activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duty Station:\u00a0<\/strong>Kwae, Near Kade<\/p>\n<p><em>An attractive salary awaits successful candidates. In additon the company will offer an appropriate benefits package and other conditions of service.<\/em><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00a0Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a business related discipline and a professional qualification in Accountancy i.e. CA\u00a0(Gh), ACCA or CIMA<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of five (5) years audit experience with three years supervisory experience either within a Professional Accounting firm or reputable organisation.
