\n\u2022 The role sits in the Supply chain unit and is responsible for the accuracy of deliveries as well as stock counts within the warehouses and partner facilities.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Picking and staging outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity.
\n\u2022 Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
\n\u2022 Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
\n\u2022 Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
\n\u2022 Assist in monthly stock count preparations and execution.
\n\u2022 Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neatly.
\n\u2022 Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
\n\u2022 Supervise the use of proper safety equipment.
\n\u2022 Create Pick List and Load List using SAP.
\n\u2022 Generate Delivery Note using SAP.
\n\u2022 Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
\n\u2022 Coordinating with the Transport Team on all delivery-related issues.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Basic knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, receiving, pick\/pack operations and inbound test return processes is required
\n\u2022 An HND or degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or any related discipline is preferred.
\n\u2022 Experience in the pharmaceutical or general healthcare industry is a plus.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
\n\u2022 Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to pay attention to details.
\n\u2022 Must be available to work in Accra.<\/p>\n
