{"id":7462,"date":"2012-04-25T09:31:48","date_gmt":"2012-04-25T09:31:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=7462"},"modified":"2012-04-25T09:31:48","modified_gmt":"2012-04-25T09:31:48","slug":"offinso-rural-bank-recruiting-in-ghana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/offinso-rural-bank-recruiting-in-ghana.html","title":{"rendered":"Offinso Rural Bank Recruiting in Ghana"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>The Offinso Rural\u00a0Bank<\/strong> in the Ashanti Region of Ghana invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of\u00a0Internal Auditor in the bank.<em><\/p>\n<p><\/em><strong>Job Objective:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To ensure that internal control systems, procedures, regulations and policies are complied with and are reliable for the achievement of the corporate objectives of the bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regularly carry out internal audit duties to check the accuracy and reliability of the accounting systems and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Review, assess and, and when necessary, recommend changes in the accounting systems, procedures and controls in the bank;<\/li>\n<li>Carry out pre-audit of expenses and ensure that various expenditure limits are complied with;<\/li>\n<li>Verify compliance with the performance benchmark, annual budget and corporate plan of the bank;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely submission of findings and reports direct to the Board of Directors of the bank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00a0minimum qualification of first degree in Accounting, Commerce or Banking and Finance or Level 2 of any relevant professional qualification with a minimum work experience of three years in a similar position;<\/li>\n<li>Or HND Accountancy qualification with a minimum work experience of five years in a similar position;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and T24 banking software application are added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested qualified persons should submit their applications together with their curriculum vitae and photocopies of educational certificates to the address below.
