Activation systems, Products and Tariffs, Offers, Value Added Services, Vodafone Cash, Campaign management and related systems<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Solution Architect \u2013 VAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate the process of cost and effort estimation of new features and applications for delivering new solutions<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the end-to-end solutions design effort for complex solutions requirements in conjunction with the design authority, delivery management, and operational teams within the technology organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Write or contribute to design documents which are in-line with the architectural guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Document product requirements and translates them into technical specification and acceptance criteria<\/li>\n<li>Application Architecture:<\/li>\n<li>IT implementations Domain &amp; systems (CBU, EBU, FBU, Vodafone Cash<\/li>\n<li>Define application\u2019s Architecture, in line with guidelines, and support the E2E Architecture<\/li>\n<li>Value Added Service<\/li>\n<li>Provisioning &amp; Activation systems (SIM Reg)<\/li>\n<li>Products &amp; Tariffs<\/li>\n<li>Campaign Management<\/li>\n<li>Solution Design, Development &amp; Functional Testing:<\/li>\n<li>Solution design<\/li>\n<li>Low Level Design<\/li>\n<li>Internal development<\/li>\n<li>Products, Tariffs, Offers &amp; Promotion Development, implementation, configuration (Mobile\/Fixed, prepaid, post-paid, Converged solutions, content, VAS \u2013 USSD, SMS, IVR, and VF-Cash, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Retail (in-store) &amp; Sales Application development<\/li>\n<li>Campaign and Management &amp; Related systems<\/li>\n<li>Engagement and management of development partners, vendors &amp; 3rd parties<\/li>\n<li>Execution of all the testing levels and acceptance tests<\/li>\n<li>IT Implementations<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the E2E delivery of the required SLA\u2019s defined within the solution development for Business units<\/li>\n<li>Support Maintenance of application &amp; products:<\/li>\n<li>Application Maintenance (3rd level) supporting the IT Operations and Product Service Operations<\/li>\n<li>Software &amp; E2E product quality delivery<\/li>\n<li>Faster Time to Market<\/li>\n<li>Better Quality<\/li>\n<li>Higher Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Lower costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professional \/ Technical Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical\/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline \/ experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in Online Charging System configuration, product and application development for mobile and fixed networks, and Value Added Services or related field of telecommunications<\/li>\n<li>Experience in network and architecture design, systems integration and quality assurance testing<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in Products &amp; Tariffs Development \u2013 Mobile\/Fixed, prepaid, post-paid, VAS &amp; Content, VF-Cash, Campaign Management and Related Systems<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in development of IT Systems \u2013 Freelancer and Retail Systems (SIM Registration, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in application development<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Project and Process Management &amp; Agile working<\/li>\n<li>Business &amp; Customer Requirements Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Telecom &amp; IT networks and systems, Back end System, Service and Solution Development,<\/li>\n<li>Operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows and related environment), Database administration<\/li>\n<li>Application Development (Shell Scripting, Java, PHP, Python, .Net, SOAP\/XML, REST APIs, Web services, etc.), Research &amp;
