{"id":749,"date":"2010-09-04T08:43:05","date_gmt":"2010-09-04T08:43:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=749"},"modified":"2013-12-24T16:43:49","modified_gmt":"2013-12-24T16:43:49","slug":"newmont-ghana-regional-it-senior-analyst","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/newmont-ghana-regional-it-senior-analyst.html","title":{"rendered":"Newmont Ghana: Regional IT Senior Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/jobs-ghana\/newmont-ghana\"><strong>Newmont Ghana<\/strong><\/a> Gold Limited, a core operating district of Newmont Mining Corporation which is one of the world&#8217;s largest gold, mining companies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will report to the IT Manager and will be responsible for the overall technical and subject matter expert for data related to regional operations systems applications<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Liaise with the operational business unit to understand business process and develop recommendations and action plans<br \/>\nDevelop, implement and monitor a standard approach for data error processing, audits and controls<br \/>\nWork closely with the Enterprise Data Warehouse team to ensure regional data reporting requirement solutions are provided through EDW&#8217;s service offerings<br \/>\nResponsible for managing consulting resources who provide development expertise in support of project requirements related to information<br \/>\nThe duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical skills, Education\/Training &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years experience in an operational business unit with 4 years of data analysis and implementation experience<br \/>\nMust exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills, and deductive reasoning skills<br \/>\nExperienced in business process modeling and workflow analysis, redesign and implementation in large organizations<br \/>\nMust possess strong SQL skills, experience with programming languages, and Windows and Unix operating systems.
